treatment for comdones

I would like to know about the comdones, which we can found teenage guys, around their nose and cheeks. For this, I have been prescribing Benzoly peroxide or Tretinoin or salicylic acid 6%w/w creams according to the case. Now, I want to know the most effective drug, Shall I use salicylic acid with Hydrogen perodxide? If yes, please suggest me the concentrations I have to prescribe.

Of the products you mention, topical tretinoin (Retin-a) is probably the most effective for acne. This can cause some irritation so use a bland cleanser and moisturiser during use, such as Cetaphil or La roche-posay.
Concomitant use of two or more topical acne meds will increase the chance of irritation, so I would not use salicylic acid with peroxide.
