What birth control have you tried? There is a new birth control out called Yaz, if you haven't tried it you may want to ask your doctor about it. It's the only pill that is FDA approved to treat acne and reduce symptoms of PMDD (Pre menstrual Dysphoric Disorder. http://www.yaz-us.com/home.jsp. Its the only thing that has helped me. It does take a few months for your hormones to regulate using the pill. Good Luck! I know how emotionally and physically painful it is, keep your head up!
