Hi. It is common to get acne during pregnancy due to hormonal change. It is not safe to use acne medications during pregnancy as they may cause birth defects. After delivery you can choose a suitable medicine (not whilst breast-feeding though):
-A topical gel such as Duac (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide) or Differin (adapalene).
-A course of oral antibiotics such as Oxytetracycline 250mg twice daily.
-An anti-androgen contraceptive pill such as Yasmin or Diane35
-An anti-androgen medicine called Spironolactone
-Another course of Roaccutane.

Acneic skin does not usually benefit from moisturizer. Use a bland cleanser which will not irriate such as La Roche-Posay or Vichy. I use Dermablend foundation by Vichy, it gives amazing coverage.

Best Wishes and good luck with your pregnancy,
Eloise.
