worried about acne on penis?

i woke up yesturday with what i thought was a only one acne pimple on the shaft of my penis towards the top of it away from the tip it wasn't painful to touch but now it is. I did have sex about 3-4 weeks ago but without a condom but i did look at pictures of herpes and genital warts and it looks like a pimple because it is white and red around it but it os only one sore and not a custer of them it is only one and i did get one of these awhile back like years ago and it went away i have started to take my acne pill again and use some ance wash on it which might be y it is irritated basically i was wondering what this could be and what to do
