Looking for help

19 yrs old, competitive figure skater in good physical shape. recently Fatigued, 2 weeks ago felt light headed&hot, so I checked blood pressure. high around 180/90. so I have been checking lately and the second number more normal /80 the first is consistently over 160.
I dont know where this is coming from. I dont feel over stressed or anything. I really dont know what this means..

In TCM high blood pressure is usually a condition associated with Liv, kid and or phlegm.

HBP is best treated with herbs and diet. A good Herbalist should be able to help you.
