headaches

Im 16 weeks pregnant nd i get a lot of headaches nd my bones hurt a lot wat can i take

I am 13 weeks and was told for pregnancy to take Tylenol extra strength. I did thickening for the same issue and it worked like a charm. Do not take Motrin or Ib. Or aspirin it thins out your blood.

I am also 16 weeks along and have experienced many headaches. I told my midwife at my last visit and she said it is most likely from not drinking enough water. I'd try that, and if it doesn't help take some Tylenol and lay down in a dark room. Hope it gets better!
