Detox

I've been on norco for 3 years, I am going to start detox this week on my own. I'm really scared. I've detoxed a ton on my own, being that I run outa my pills early from taking to many. Does the Thomas recipe help?? The rls is horrible!!!!!!!

i am doing the same as you and the thomas' recipe looks great to me...im going to add a few other ideas in my self..im at 8 a day from 25 a day 20 yr habit, im going to die.. lets live together?? R u down mama? i am
