anything natural for the nerve side of detoxing

today is my brother 10th day clean with out taking any norco's, everyday is a strugle some days are better then other days . yesterday was a good day, today isn't ! he gets tired real easy . does anyone know when he will start to feel better ?he takes one a day for men over 50 also magnesium and potassium, and melatonin at night to help rest  and hyland restful legs that helps him , but is there anything out there natural for the nerve side of it ? he seems a little depressed today .and needs something to just take the edge off . i'm very proud of him he has got to day 10 with out a asprin are anything other then vitamins .i'd like to say thank you to everyone that has talk to me threw this i couldn't of got this far with out your help . but if anyone know of anything that helps for the nerves side of this please let me know , thanks

Hello Wildflower. I'm very Happy for your Brother 10 days is Awesome !! In extension I'm happy for you as you must have been very worried for him.. Exercise helps well with anxiety. he may have to force himself but the benefits are great.. walking around outside if he can will help with all the symptoms. also they sell a product Valerian Root it is Natural and will also help with anxiety sorta like Natures Valium.. He should be feeling better with each passing day just tell him to try to stay busy active it really makes a difference. take care. lesa
