5th day off hydro...

My fifth day off hydro. I never had any physical symptoms, but the mental and emotional have been hell. Thank god for the Klonipin. The first few days I felt like crying ALL the time. I'm a 33 year old "tough guy. " Go figure. I had never felt so low. Day 5 and things are getting better. Staying busy and keeping the mind occupied is SO important. Thanks for your time if anyone reads this. I just had to get it off my chest.

thanks for sharing, buddy... i was the same, i cried like a beeeotch. a bunch of us did.. a complete emotional mess.

i'm really glad to hear you are on day 5, and things are getting better. keep up the good fight, brother!!!!

Congrats on your 5th day!!! That clonopin must really work wonders if you had no physical wds. I am glad you are feeling better and staying busy is such a great idea.......best of all to you and keep us posted on how you are doing, okay?

Congrats on day 5!!! It is a real accomplishment. Try to get some outside help too, I would look into therapy or NA/AA. I know how bad the first 5 days are and big pat on the back to you. Keep on posting and you will find much support.
