A question please !

A question please !

I am in day 7 of W/D and day 6 was hell but this morning I woke up feeling great as a matter of fact so great it was scary . Then around noon I started feeling bad then pretty bad . I was wondering is this some kind of Yo Yo effect with W/D ? I was taking 2 to 3 10/500 s for a year 5 times a week..Thanks in advance  JIm

This is normal with w/d's. As you get closer to the end of it all, you still get waves of some of the symptoms every now and then.  Pretty soon now they will subside all together.
Hang tough my friend, you are almost there! I had waves of it through day 7 and am on day 11 now and feel so much better now.  It's freat to feel alive again!...The depression for me was still there a little bit even through day 10.
You are through the worst..........Congratulations!.........The whole world seems literally seems brighter now, for the first time, in a long time, I did'nt have to fake a laugh. or stress over running out of something that was destroying me.
Just a side note, exercise is really good for the remainder of your withdrawal after day 5 for me.
Isn't it Great moving forward!
