ADHD

Hi guys I am at doctors and we are talking about ADHD and testing. Has anyone been tested for it? Take meds? What's it all about and how do you know if you have it?

Sara not much but I am being sent to a specialist so we will see. I've heard the meds aren't good for you. What do you know about it?

The ADHD meds are widely abused around this area.  I would be real leary of them.

I would advise going to a Naturopath or super good nutritionist. I know of many different people that have reversed ADHD by eliminating food allergens and sugars.

A food alergy (allergy) really? Like what kind? I am only allergic to the med regalen and bee stings. I know little about either of these things(ADD or Food allergy) danm and just when I thought I was a know it all lol becca

There is also some good books and articles about what foods to eat with your blood type.  It actually works.......

We will just call it an "oversight" on your part!!  lol
