Am I doing the Thomas Recipe the right way???

Am I doing the Thomas Recipe the right way???

Quit c/t from a 9 month addiction to about 10 7.5 vic's a day.  Talk about living hell.. I'm lucky enough to have xanax from a new scrip for anxiety.  I also bought a multivitamin, imodium (immodium), LOTS of gatorade, b6 and l-tyrosine pills.  I just finished day 2.  Here is what I have done:
Day 1:  took first multi-vitamin and imodium (immodium) after first diarahea.  Xanax at night to help sleep
Day 2:  multi-vitamin with a piece of toast (all I could stomach) and lots of gatorade. Soft pretzel for dinner and I just took zanax (12:15 a.m)
Day 3: ???
Day 4 and beyond: ????

When do I start taking the other stuff? Please help....I want to try it this way.  I heard suboxone can be addictive and the MAIN REASON by psych told me is that once you agree to go on the suboxone a big stamp goes on your insurance changing it from "Mental Health" (stress, anxiety, etc or things that I think would generally be accepted by an employer if they found out) to "SUBSTANCE ABUSE". (something I think may adversely affect my respect and position at work)

Go ahead and start taking the B6, although a B complex would be best in my opinion since the pills deplete so many vitamins while we are on them.
wait and take the L tyrosine after the 4 th day, before that it can make you anxious and jittery.
