***Any Real Estate Agents out here???? with Knowledge of CA laws????***

I really need some help.  I am in a situation that is getting more strange by the minute.  My house is currently in escrow, but there are some things that going on that I don't understand and when I try to get an answer, I just get the run-around from my agent.  

If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Southern Cal.   But it doesn't matter anymore.  I signed all the final papers this morning.  It's done and over with.  Oh, lord.  I am so depressed.  Probably making something out of nothing.  Just hard to let go of  a house with so many memories.  

Its a done deal..........ugh.

Hang in there!  I know it's hard to let go of a home with memories attached to it.  I'm like that - I become attached to the place I live and even my vehicles.  When we bought our new cars in February, it was horrible letting my Cavalier go!  I almost cried.  I know, I'm very weird!  LOL!!!  But, be strong.  You will find someplace that will allow you to make more memories!  Think about a clean start and being able to bring your energy into a new place.  I love that!  We all have a certain energy about us and it can be so positive to the environment we live in.  I know with the kind of person you are you will feel right at home in a new place in no time.  Try to be positive!  
Okay, I'm done rambling now!  LOL!!

I bought and sold my last house in So.Calif and my ex-business partner (best friend) is a real estate aprasier (has been for years, very sucessful) if theres something we can help you with....?

naughty i hope you feel better soon, i lost my first house because of my addiction, but 3 yrs ago i bought a better one, you know the saying when one door closes another one opens............its true, just may take a lil while
i thought i would never get over that house, and it was all our stuff too, christmas ornaments i had had since i was a child, i hope you get to keep your personal stuff
