Any ideas for allergy relief

hi folks, thought I'd ask you wise, wonderful ppl for ideas for allergy relief. I've tried every thing I can think of even got a allergy shot from doc, didn't even help one day. I've tried Alavert , zyrtec and nose sprays, benadryl works but I don't want to sleep all day. If anyone has any suggestion I'd love to hear them. I just need to get through the 1st freeze of the year, it's the dried up pollion that's making me sneeze, itchy throat and ears. Thanks folks tab

Give Alkaselezer Cold Plus a try. It always clears me up and doesn't make me sleepy.
