Been away, Back so update

Hi all, I no i haven't been in for a while. I have answerd my IM's, But have just been reading & commenting on the od post now & then. You'll all be glad to no that i'm still clean ( feom herion ) 26 day's today, God it's gone fast. But i have been in a rush for a few week's lol. Work, Work yaba yaba yaba.
so i'm posting this to let ya no why i've not been around looking in & i will srat to post more. But got to get to work lol.

I luv to see the people post their days sober. 26 is awesome, there a couple of posts yesterday in the 70's. Iam at 7, thought I was at 8. But my wife recounted the days to my  mushfilled brain. Be good. Stay strong
