Celebrity Rehab. .

Have any of you watched the first epidsode of the VH1 show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew? I watched it last night and I just could not believe the condition that Jeff Conway, (Kinnicky, sp? from Grease) was in! He is the poster child of why not to use. He was on multilple meds. coke, alcohol. . . Within like 10 hrs of dting he was seizuring, haulucinating. It was scary to watch. He is even in a wheelchair simply because he is in such a bad state. If any of you havent tuned in you should watch it. I think its gonna be very interesting.

I watched the first episode last week so that must have been a repeat. I was wondering when that comes on because it's worth watching, even the repeats. I couldn't remember the night it was on.

I'm hoping the Bridget Nielson will get sober. I saw her on the surreal life and I think she really wants to get sober.

They say a large % of people that go into rehab just come out and use again.

I saw it and cant wait to see it this week! its sad but I hope that they get clean!!! Jeff is soooo sad its awful what has happened to his body and mind because of addiction!

Whats UP,the stuff we see on those shows is now different than any of us, except they get an all paid re-hab. Where in Canada,in the 70s-1988 or so,we got to go to the states for alcohol and drug re-hab all covered on the provincial tab.and not ****** places,top of the line,places in Califirnia,Texas and Florida to mane only a few.Some people went for the reason os spending a warm winter at a resort,but for the most part those American Re-habs where a blessing.Now-adays that is all cut-out In Canada the average price is 30.000.00 for one month,we still have some covered on our gouverment insurance,but thwere nothing compared to the ststes.john
