Clean?

Well I came clean with my shrink.  My bp was thru the roof when I went in there. Crying hysericaly.  I have been seeing this guy for several years for depression.  I figured he would be so disappointed in me because I had kept this from.  But he said no problem.  You are not an addict.  You are very resilent but you just slipped alittle.  I had quite the awful upbringing etc etc.  Not blaming my addictin on anything though.  I realize that is my own fault.  Dr said he would help in any way.  So, basically i have 20 pills and i have been taking 6-10 a day.  So starting tomorrow I gonna shoot for only 5.  Then ween down really fast.  I am getting nervous as I have tried cold turkey before.  My figure is by fr i or sat i will be feeling pretty awful so please keep me in your thoughts....How is everyone else doing?  I hope good.  I have been away at the in laws for the past 2 days...Have a good evening everyone.  Amanda

Good for you for coming clean.  Don't you feel like a weight has been lifted?  I love shrinks that don't blame and shame but buckle down and support you no matter what.  That is HOT!  I don't know you, but I am proud of you.  I hope you do well tapering down.  I will be thinking of you.  It must be so hard, but since others have done it, I know you can too.  You have a great night.
