DID ANYONE FROM THE SOUTH GET TO ENJOY THE RARE,SOUTHERN, BEAUTIFUL SNOW??

I WAS WOKEN UP EARLY THIS MORNING THAT IT WAS SNOWING IN NEW ORLEANS, LA...WHICH IS VERY, VERY RARE! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! WE WEREN'T EVEN SUPPOST TO GET ANY OF IT.  ON TOP OF IT , WE HAD A LOT OF SNOW FOR US. IT COVERED OUR LAWNS COMPLETELY AND OUR CARS. WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE SNOWMEN. WE SAW BIG FLAKES. THE LAST 2 TIMES IT SNOWED IN NEW ORLEANS, LA IT WAS 2004,1989,1972,1663. THE SPECIAL THING ABOUT THIS TIME, IT HAD SNOWED LIKE 5-7 INCHES, INSTEAD OF LESS THAN 1 OR 2. THE SNOW HAS NOW MELTED AND WAS BEAUTIFUL! WITH EVERYTHING IVE BEEN GOING THROUGH IT LIFTED MY DAY! MY PICS ARE GREAT! DID ANYONE GET TO EXPERIENCE THE RARE SNOW?????

oh shell, it was beautiful...my grandson had a blast in it...i will post some pics this weekend...

-The snow was all gone toward the end of the day. Come send us some for christmas! I was so happy to finally make a snowman! I tried making a snow angel and the snow wasn't deep enough, cause it showed the green grass under me...lol. My butt was soaked and frozen..lol.
-I know Cathy, I took tons of pics. I glad you and your grandson enjoyed it!

I know that people that get snow year round just don't understand what a treat this is for us!

To All You Snow Bunnies......We get so excited that we don't know how to handle it!  Our schools, businesses and roads shut down completely.....so it's like a beautiful white holiday.

Yes Shell.....I enjoyed it much.
