Entire body pain

Having entire body pain after 72 hours.  Is this normal?

Body aches last different amounts of time for everyone  the worst of mine were over by a week , but my legs ached on and off longer ,so everyone is different ,but nothing to worry about , you are doing great!!!

Yes, this is normal. I had pain up until like day 6, the first 4 days i think were the worse for me. It will go away, you should only have the pain for maybe another day or so.

I used a heating pad ALOT!! If you haven't tried this yet, i would recommend it. I actually used 2 of them at bedtime, one on my legs, and one on my back....

It does get better, hang in there...

Yes. This is very normal. From what I have experienced, I was achy for several days. If you are on day 3, you are close to feeling better, I promise!  The good news is I am on Day 6 and the aches are gone for the most part. Still low on energy but the aches and pains are gone. hope this helps.....Hang in there. It will get BETTER! I promise.
