I'm really worried about Tim, and have been going through some really hard times like he has.  I don't have his email but I was wondering if those of you who did would mind giving him mine - that way he has it in case he wants to "talk".  

Also, to all my friends - you are always welcome to email me.  Sometimes I go through things that make me feel like ducking and hiding away, but I'm always checking my email.  Sometimes it's easier to talk one on one.

Are you feling OK today?
I am hanging in there. Day 2 of no Suboxone. It feels good, but I am light=headed and my legs ache. Hell, that ain't much in comparison. Beleive me, I have been doing this addicton, recovery thing since I was a teenager and I will be 55 in a few weeks, so believe me.."I am sick and tired of being sick and tired".

Hopefully I am on my last round. I know I have another addiction in me, but I don't think I have another recovery in me and that scares me.

If you wanna just chit=chat, I am around a lot. I don't work and I spend a lot of time on the computer. I am always searching the internet to help with the pain I deal with 24/7 and I check in here a lot too.
