Top of the morning to you all. I hope everyone is feeling better today. I wanted to thank you for all the help and encouragment last night. I had a terrible headache and with the w/d's, I found myself in a bad place. You all helped me through it and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am feeling a lot better today and hope it will just keep on improving. I have not had terrible cravings, but the physical has been tough this time around. I guess in a way that is good, I don't plan on going through this again.

I am not sure if there was a full moon, but a lot of us had a tough day yesterday. Today is a new day and it is bright and sunny in New England!!!! I pray that today is a great day for all of us.

Yep a tractor!  If it is not a deer in the road, then it's a tractor or a raccoon or a rabbit...it is wild kingdom here I tell you!  Old macdonald finally got out of my way...I swear as slow as that guy was going I wouldn't be home yet!

Tim you are doing great and I know you are not feeling perfect yet but I am so happy to see the improvement!  And you know we will be here for you!

You make me laugh, you followed a tractor? I would love to live in Montana and have so much beauty and nature at my fingertips.

Are you being a "I told you so." lol, I think you are and I am fine with it. I feel almost like a brand new person. I am still having some w/d's and I know the big fight with cravings is ahead. I will make it through with my buds here.

I am so happy to see that you are better today.  I know yesterday was very rough on you.  See! What did I tell you - you would feel better today - Tim I hate to say I told you so but I did! :)

It is a beautiful day here in the northwest - where only I live apparently! lol  Well you guys can keep me posted about what is happening in the real world.  Yesterday on my way home...the last mile to the area where I live...I followed a tractor! lol  As you can see very worldly here.
