Get Over It Already...Geeezzzz!!!!

Hi Guys...All my wonderful friends, who don't have attitudes!!! OMG - was just reading all the sh** going on all because a poem...this is so unreal!
First of all want to say "Hey Vince, keep the poems coming" You are a great spirited guy, and love your wonderful poems that you come up with for us.

Hey Mom2Rachie and Ladysundown, GET OVER IT! My God, Get a life. I am so ticked off right now. Do you two NOT know why this side of the forum was created? I will explain it, it was created so whoever wanted to could come over here and talk about anything, and anything means: telling jokes, writing poems, or just talking about your day...You see this was made for everyone who wanted to laugh, and still be able to talk to their friends without being so serious all the time. If you want to just talk about your addiction, and don't feel comfortable over here, then STAY on the other forum. DO NOT come here and put us down.

I feel that you guys have so much anger, (maybe cause you don't know how to completely deal with your own addictions) so then you feel you need to come over here and start judging, and trying to start forum fights.

I, myself love it here...I love being able to come here and have a laugh, and talk with my friends about anything. Sometimes we don't want to just talk about our addictions. This is why this forum was created....GET IT NOW?

Tim, Shel, Ionote, Vince, Emily, Cali, Tz, Mj, and myself and a few otheres love it here...So if all you want is to start trouble in your life, then BOY, do i feel bad for you....

If you want to come here for a few laughs with us, then you are more than welcome, but if all you want is to act like you are 2 years old again, then maybe you should find a online pre-school forum...

We love it here, and will NOT let some childish acts destroy us! We will continue to have fun here and tell jokes and write poems ect....This is who we are, and this is what we found that helps us the most.

It is too bad this is happening. I agree with your post. We still deal with addiction, but we have our own style. This is the 5th time we have been attacked for no reason. Invince's poem was innocent and he had a disclaimer at the beginning. I think some people really need to take a hard look at themselves.

Please don't let this upset you. I am sure that is what was intended.

How are you feeling today??  When do you start the new job?? I can't say enough how proud of you I am.

I am more ticked off than anything, Gosh, they need to grow up...I guess no matter where you go though in life, you always will have those certain ones who have to start trouble...Oh well, it is their problem, not ours...

I am feeling GREAT today, Just worried about my dad...Other than that i am fine...How are you doing?

As for my new job, i go Tuesday to do all my paperwork,  (yippy) I believe i am going to start on July 30th. I am so excited, can't wait....A little nervous, but that will pass...

... hey guys, i posted this on the other thread, but let's not let one or two people who cause trouble create this "us" and "them" atmosphere...  i can see after reading the poem (altho i know it was not intentional) why fladdict was hurt... those words can cause division..

anyway, i won't be redundant, i said all this above.. just want us all to be one big happy family..

I know you were and I am sorry - I did not have any clue I would be gone that long!  I am nice and comfy inside today though.  It is going to be another 100 degree day here.  But I have A/C now as everyone knows! lol  And I have the house all to myself!! :)

This would be a great day if we all lived in the same house to have a movie day!  I have a big screen and plenty of popcorn - and I hate to say this but we have over 700 dvd's.  Well I said I loved movies! lol  Ok hurry up - I will be waiting for you!

I don't know whats going on cuz I've been out of it for a couple of days but I like your explanation, Hope.   I don't know who Vanessa is or how hated what poem all I know is I read a post from Widow calling someone named Vanessa a horrible person.   I must say I was shocked to see that type of language on the community forum, we just don't do that  here.    We have  had people post foul, ugly, things and not one of us would respond.  Thats how we like to handle it.  It works better and keeps our forum friendly and lovely.  
I don't understand why those who resented us so much keep coming over to this side in the first place.

I go to both and I try to offer help on both.    

And I like our poems. We get real silly and it gets our minds off things.

I can't imagine living each day without any sign of a sense of humor. That is so sad and depressing to me that people could hate life so much they feel the need to try and hurt others. It doesn't make me angry...it makes me sad. Can you imagine how much these people hate themselves to be acting this way?
I might suggest to some to request from MedHelp a copy of the post they made about WHY this particular forum was created...it specifically said that this forum was created as a place for ANY type of discussion, addiction related or not, so that the OTHER forum could be used solely for addiction.
I suspect, however, that obtaining a copy of that is not neccessary, because everyone already understands it...they just feel the need to spread their rage. This is so sad, guys...don't get angry about it...we need to be more compassionate about such disturbed people.
