Hello once again my friends here at Med help. All is going ok for me and I pray for my friends here as well. Whats new here? I am still bouncing in and out to see you guys not always posting but still looking in to see you all and most definitely still going strong with staying clean and sober. This site is a large help in this and it plays a major role in my sobriety even when I am not here everyday it is still on my mind that I am not alone in this. I am an everyday participant in the 12 step programs around here and spend some time everyday around friends in the same boat as I am in. The local club here is pretty darn neat if you ask me. LOL I wouldn't know what to do if not for it honestly. But again I send my best wishes for you guys here and a prayer with that to boot. I see that alot of my old friends are still here and that is great to see as always. Anyone know if the eagle is still here? Hang in there my med help buddies and I am doing the same with you.

Hey Mikey, how are ya...good to see ya.  So glad to see you are still going strong and CLEAN!!!!  I am so very proud of you...YOU HAVE COME A LONG WAY!!!!  keep us posted!

Hi Mike!!  I am always so happy to see a post from you!!   How are the kids doing?  I am still waiting for my new granddaughter to get here but i have to wait till August.  Seems a million years away!!!   I miss ya Mike........sara
