I want to thank everyone who has expressed their condolances and prayers
to my family and myself. I'm still around, off suboxone, and havent self medicated
during this rough peirod. Those of you who don't know my ex husband passed away, and I have two kids to comfort ages 21 nd 23. Its a rough age to lose a parent. Cancer. It tok him very quick, and
my heart has been aching for my kids as well as myself, and him of course. But  I am still
around, and think of you all often.             lonote/Cathy

Wow!   Under the Chatanooga bridge????  That is so interesting!!!  I'll bet he has many stories to share about his adventures (well, what he is allowed to share, you know what I mean)!    Im so proud of him right along with him!   Sons are just the best!!!  Daughters too, but, well, you know how we are about our boys!!!   (-:

I admire your courage, you just keep on giving no matter what you are facing.   Im working my but off, its the end of the school year and the kids are just soooo wild, lots of violence happening these days in schools.   I swear Im so glad mine are older because although Im sure there ar e many safe schools out there in the world, there are less and less in my area.   Its heartbreaking when my students, who have emotional problems come and tell me about their parents being on drugs, these kids just dont know where to turn.   I swear, I feel like just bringing them home with me sometime, giving them a good meal and reading them stories or something that resembles normalcy.

Anyway, its so good to see you post.  I want you to know it means sooo much to me to see you here.  I look for you, you know.

Thanks babygirl!!!!!!!!!!!! Its sooooooooo hard straight. What I'd give...
but I can't afford to think like that. The doc's got me pegged. And I'm
not about shopping. Girl  I've been told to let roll off my shoulder. Easier
said than done. You sound wonderful. I'm so glad the people that have
been around a long time are still here. It means alot to me. I wish I had more to offer
than poor me. But bad luck and me have been hand in hand. Asthma's been
kicking my butt. My feline frien may be the culprit, but we won't go there.
Dust, stress, chantex helped the ciggs, the elements, anything can be triggering things.
oh well, theres lots to be grateful for.  That son of mine in he Navy visited a budd in the Marines a couple hour away. He's in Virginia. And he was going under the ocean
under the Chatanooga bridge. Can you imagine that? Anyone ever been there?Talk to me.Cathy/lonote

Thanks for the prayers. ou all rock.  That thing called addiction we all have in common,
we're a special bunch. The way we all come out and support one another, I'm proud to
be associated with this bunch. You are wonderful. Thanks for the props for staying clean
throughout, it hasn't been easy.But my hubby has to fly out to New York and see his mom, and when your saving money, theres no money in the budget for that ****. No way.
This chick needs a fill(nails) and its barley in the budget. I hope your all doing well and
for the ones hurting, remember time is your friend, and it will get better. My prayers are
