I need your help!!!!

I did not know where to post this, so i figured you guys may be able to help me. For the past couple of years i would see yellow dots. It really did not bother me. But now I see them all the time. It scares me. I used to go the tanning bed a lot. And I did not where the protedtive eye care, could that  be my problem?

Go see the eye doctor but I would worrry to much I see spots as well it was nothing to worry about .However everyone is diffrent so go get it checked out
