Ibogain Detox???

Has anyone tried this or known someone who's tried this? It's being used as a new detox treatment outside the U.S.
I've read a lot of literature on how successful it is in interrupting and treating addiction.

Ibogaine is a hallucinogenic. It's referred to as a non-aggressive antagonist. Apparently it also has the side effect of relieving all withdrawal symptoms within an hour of taking the medication.

I'm wary of any hallucinogenic treatments, but this one sounds very promising. Of course, it's for the wealthy only (2,000 to $10,000 dollars, few weeks treatment, have to go to the Caribbeans or somewhere similar).
