If you could move to one place you have visited where would it be?

A few years back I went to Mahe island in the Seychelles.

It was mind-blowing. So tranquil and serene with scenery right out of Castaway.

The people there have a very laid back lifestyle and everyone I met was incredibly friendly.

I haven't been able to afford to go back since, but that's where I want to Live!

I can not believe that Sarah said South Padre Island...those are my fishing grounds, that whole area....Appalachiola, St. George, St. Marks....I am in south GA and that is where we go and fresh water fish....absolutely beautiful place.

Actually that is where I went and detox my very first time.  I holed up in a hotel down there for 3 days....that particular trip was not fun, but all the others were!

Oh this is hard, Thailand a little town where I worked at a refugee camp called pahnat nekhoum. Food is fab and people are great. They thought that my green eyes were evident of some kind of magic. Or saint simons island of the coast of Georgia,  white sand where you can Wade out in the water and twist your feet back and forth and find huge salad plate sized sand dollars. Becca

The wife and I went to Vieques, Puerto Rico on our honeymoon. Most awesome place EVAR.

Tiny island off the South-East coast, about 30 minutes in a puddle-jumper.

Go check it out. AWESOME!

Apparently it's become a little more commercialized since we were there in 2005, but it still looks to be pretty untouched (although I'm sure some hotel magnate will go there eventually and f*ck it up).

I would go to Cape Breton Island where I would do as beatingthis would be doing. Eating  lobster clams and cod every day. I would be just north of where beatingthis is.

OK..I'd love to live on a private island in The Bahamas..if money were no object, couple hundred K for a week...the staff are practically invisible

I lived in Atlantic Beach NC when husband was in military. It was a cute little island that while staying in my apartment I could see the atlantic ocean, It was so peaceful and beautiful. Of course at the time I didn't have any kids so that might of had something to do with peaceful. I hate living in South Louisiana!!

I can't get enough of Vancouver.  The people are so nice, the drivers are even courteous, the mountains are beautiful......oh...and have I mentioned the golf courses???

......like being on another planet!!!!
