Just checking to see how you are...have any plans for the weekend?

My A/C will not be up and running for a couple days - maybe tomorrow if I am very lucky.  What the heck does it mean they have to charge the freon (sp?).  I have been a construction secretary forever and that must be a man thing.  Who the heck designs something that takes so many friggin steps to get going??  I thought they could install the thing and I would be chillin....but noooooo.  Has to be hooked to our furnace??  I don't want heat - I want cool! lol  Well can you tell I love the heat???  It is supposed to be over 100 again here on Sunday - I am going to melt.

I want to travel to your neck of the woods. We do have cute clothes here :) lol. My wife has lots of cute stuff and keeps on buying more. You would love Mass/New England. It is really a beautiful piece of our country. Of course, we love to have visitors because they talk so funny :)

New England can have beautiful weather. Today is perfect and about 72 degrees right now. We are lucky that we don't have many heat waves. Now Ilinois is supposed to be freezing!

The great lakes can really be brutal!  I have family there - been there a few times.  Once in the snow - I was fascinated by it.  I think I was 25 or somewhere around there and it was maybe my third time in snow - loved it!  Plus all the cute clothes you get to wear during the winter! lol

I will see New Englad someday - if nothing else I want to hear you guys talk! lol  Seriously though we will get there someday.  I want to see the whole East Coast actually - dying to go to NY and see Phantom.  My husband wants to tour all the historical spots - I do not mind that at all but he has to make time for a little cultural too.  I love the outdoors but I want to eat to explore the cities there too.

I can't stand heat and humidity. I will not visit my family in Florida until Oct. and it is still hot. I understand you darlin. I like the ac on 65 and the wife likes it higher. I just keep turning it down, heh heh.

I have battle of the thermostat at work with my boss.  I rather be in an ac room with a sweater on if needed - then just kind of cool.  See I was never meant to live in CA.  I swear it was torture for the whole 30 years I was there.  My dad grew up in Ilinois.  And he hated the cold - I guess the grass is always greenier! lol

You undestand me don't you?  You hate the heat too!  This is horrible torture for people like us - I rather it be snowing outside then this sh**!  I think I should have moved further North! lol

I am not the most patient person is the problem!  I want something - I want it now!  I sound like a brat but I am really not. lol  Just was expecting cool air to be blowing in the house right now.
