Methadone withdrawal

I have been taking Methadone for about two years. I only take one 10 ml a day and not everyday. In the past six months I have took two 10ml a day about three days a week. I have never took it 7 days a week. This is my fifth day without any and I am starting to go through pretty bad withdrawals. How long do the withdrawals usually last and do you have any suggestions to help ease the withdrawals.

Hey... I' sorry that you haven't gotten any response to your question and to be honest with you.. I don't know how to answer it... as I've never been on Methadone.. but I WILL tell you to keep posting as I'm sure you will get a response to your question soon!
