Music during detox??

I know we've done this here before,but theres a lot of new members.I found music to be a HUGE inspiration when I was going through w/ds,I still do in fact.I know a lot of you feel the same way so I thought we could maybe list some of our favorite songs.The ones we really sought comfort in and could relate to during one of the rough times of our recovery process. My 2 favorites were 'Thats Why I'm Here' by Kenny Chesney and "If You're Going Through Hell'by Rodney Atkins.

I really believe in Music Therapy ..... it works well.  Cant think of a particular favorite so I will say that drunk, carribean rock 'n roll by Jimmy Buffett works well - - as does music from the Grateful Dead ---------

i have been listening to the Bartender Song by Rehab for about 8 dyas straight now. Music absolutely helps.
