Out of the hospital.

I Just got out of the hospital after a bout with pneumonia. It didn't look good at first,so they tell me, but here I am. I began shivering uncontrollably and when I got to the hospital I kept passing out. According to the nurses and my grandaughter I was a total mess. Any way the IV feed kept me going along with the many needles and whatever I had to swallow. The bed was hard and the food inedible. I finally got them to send me home and no sooner got here when I came down with a case of gerds. These are my latest battles, recovering from the pneumonia and trying to control the pain from gerds without pain killers. I am however, in pretty good shape, considering the shape I'm in. The doctor said that he is amazed that I responded to treatment so quickly considering my age. That is pretty much the latest in my medical journeys.

Take care of yourself Mangee,excuse my ignorance but what is gerds,I've never heard of it,maybe we call it something else in Australia,anyway rest and pamper youself and let others do all the work.

Thank you,I love learning something new everyday,my grandson was diagnosed with acid reflux at 4 weeks old,he cried constantly in pain until they got him on some medication.
