I can't let tonight go by without expressing how proud I am of these United States. I'm also proud of us on this forum, who have brought discussions and ideas, some dissertations...and a little mud slinging of our own. Who needs the media when we've got each other ;)? I know that I personally take with me some new insight on what others points of view are. My hope is that you have too. I have a healthy respect for that alone.
At any rate, I just wanted to thank everyone for a job well done, no matter what tomorrow brings. I hope that both sides will respect our new President.
I also can't let tonight go by without recognizing Mary and Magi and their extraordinary yet tenatious support of Sen. Obama. I can't remember a time when I've two more dedicated people. From beginning to end, you have supported him. I salute you both.
Remember, no matter how you vote, be sure you do.

Hey you two. As you know by now I really really don't like Obama. I really hope there is someone else you can support. Right now if Hilary was running I would feel so much better about things. I think Hillary is a true Patriot. I think she and many other Democrats love this country and I just don't see that from Obama. Thats not to say I would vote for Hilary but I would rather have her than Obama. I really can't believe that a country this big with as many people as we have in it that we can't come up with anyone better than McCain and Obama. Oh well

Right back at ya Hop.     Hillary and Obama had only one major difference on the issues. Hillary wanted mandatory health care for all. Obama doesn't want to make it mandatory.
