Not too many cravings.  Took a few Ambien and the 2nd week of them caused me to feel as if I was coming out of a fogso now am trying trazadone, do you know of similar sleep aids? Meetings are good but so far just one a week, preety much one day good and the next iffy.  I do have health issues resulting from prolonged druguse.  Thanks for asking...

I took lunestra (i think thats what its called).  It doesnt help to sleep as much as xanax but i was told its less addicting.   I guess anything can become addictive though.

best of luck to you!

I think everything out there is truly addictive. I have taken Ambien only twice in 9 days. I am just too scared of another addiction. Gosh, how I wish we could fine some relief. I am honestly sleeping maybe two hours a night. It has been like this for the past 3 nights. I am starting to truly feel like I am going insane at night. Mornings are complete heck for me. My ears are screaming all night long. Anyone else suffer from tinnitus during wd. I only remember this symptom when I had benzo wd. This time it's oxycontin. This is my second attempt in 6 months. Also, my back is killing me. This has never happened before. I took the oxy for RSD in right arm for a couple years. Decided I hate living on the ****. I decided to ct one more try. 9 days, shouldn't I be doing a bit better?
