So I tried taking an epsom salt bath

with  really hot water and made the decision to take it now even though my little ones are not yet asleep.  As soon as they hear the water running they came running lol. Real realaxing right? NO. So now I am taking a bath with my two little one having to pour the water on me with a cup because there is no room to lay down. Tey see me doing this and try to help and get me in the face every time, I love them. It wasnt the soak I expected but at least they let me sit in there for 15 minutes before they completely kicked me out. Well I have to say my muscles do feel quite good, I put a lillte more salt than usual. Maybe it will relax them and cross my fingers maybe they will nock out early tonight- not counting on it though. Still have one pill left and I haven't touched it(pat myself on the back) DAy 2 now.

Those little one keep us human don't they.  I am glad the bath helped.  You are doing great!  Keep it up!! Before you know it you will be on the other side of this.  One hour at at time is all we can ask for.

yeah they keep me busy, real busy. But I would be nothing without them.
