Stage 4 Lymes

Yesterday my doctor told me i had stage 4 Lymes disease....I quess i already know , but hearing it come from the doctor just sent chills thru my body.

I knew that my Lymes antibodies levels were high and that it wasnt treated right years ago....but the doctors have never called it stage 4 Lymes disease until yesterday.

They said diet and exercise is really the only thing i can do at this point.

I need to learn more about whole foods.....The doctor asked if i knew about that and for some reason i said yes ( i had been there for like 70 minutes).

Any suggestions on where to look for a whole food diet plan ?

I'm so sorry again coolio that you have to deal with that. I went on wikipedia and read about lymes. One of my very best friends started a healthy living website.. I'm going to see what the site is called and PM you. I know theres a lot on there about healthy living, lol, hence the name :)
