I saw where you're starting your detox tomorrow and I just wanted to wish you good luck.....Day 1 was the roughest for me....by Day 2 I was up and feeling ok (under the circumstances). I firmly believe with all my heart you have to be mentally ready to quit. I was.....I want you to know that today was Day 4 and I felt good enough to go to the movies with a friend and go to a spa for a mani/pedi......its really (physically) about 4-7 days out of your life and then its a mental battle. Good luck and let me know if I can help......I can't stress enough.....do the Thomas recipe and the clonodine......it worked for me.....but I'm no expert.  I know I'll have to deal with the mental ups and downs, the anxiety etc....but at least I know its coming so when it does I'll know I'm not crazy just still detoxing......my prayers are with you.

Thanks so much for your encouragement and prayers. I know what it is going to be like and will just tough it out. You are doing so well and glad to be following in your footsteps. The mental is what gets me all the time. This time I went back because of a shoulder injury. I found that somewhere along the way the pills just stopped working for me. I am praying this will help with the cravings. My prayers are with you too!!!
