Todd for you.

Todd I know you have been having a tough time...I just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you - I found this prayer and thought you might like it.

God, I have an addiction. It is hurting me and those I love. I am frightened. Be with me, God, calm my fears, show me Your love.  
Give me courage to conquer my cravings. Grant me the strength to stay far from temptations and from people who can lead me astray. Keep me far from any comfort that is false and destructive.

Help me, God, to hear the cry of my soul. Teach me that I have the power to remake my life, to repair what I have destroyed, to recover what I have lost, to receive all the blessings I have ignored.

When I fall into despair, fill me with hope. If I stray form my path, show me how to begin again. Renew my faith in myself, God, teach me to love myself. Shoe me how to vanquish the darkness in my heart and uncover the pure, holy light that shines inside of me. Open my eyes, to all the miracles that surround me.

Bless my journey, God; Lead me on the path to life, back to love, back to You. Amen.
