Update: Frasier

Hi guys,

I know we all have serious issues to discuss but I also know that many of you are animal lovers.  Anyway, I wanted to tell you a little story about my cat Frasier...most of you know of his antics.  For instance: watching me take a bath, sitting on my lap when I am in the restroom (sorry so graphic), wrapping around my head like a hat when i am asleep (I am enjoying this time of year, it is getting cold here already!  It is just hard to sleep when he is purring literally in my ear!), he snores, drinks toilet water.  Well anyway his latest adventure, I buy a big tray of arrowhead water and it has plastic wrap over the top, well he thinks that is a wonderful place to play.  He thinks we cannot see him through the clear plastic! lol  I humor and throw the toys in front so he can attack.  Another thing he has been doing is when I make the bed, I will throw the covers over the bottom of the bed.  It makes a little cave.  So now when I am trying to pull the covers up one at a time, I get attacked!  This is a 20 # cat too!  I am not sure if I will ever be able to make the bed properly again! lol

LOL I love cat stories i am a total cat person.
I few years ago when my son was like six I walk into the bathroom and he had our cat oreo( he is a long haired black cat) and he was pushing him around in circles on the floor i said siad honey what are you doing with the cat . he looked at me and said "i spilled water mom" I said ok what does that have to do with the cat he said ohhhh he makes a great towel he helps me clean up spills :)

My kitty used to attack me from under the bed also. And sit on the side of the bath while I was taking a bath, dipping his paws in to attack my hands when they would move just a little. His weird thing is that he will claw at the window until someone lets him in, or throw himself on the screen to be let in. One night I was sitting on the couch and he was outside, I heard something trying to open my front door. I freaked out, jumped up and ran to look out the peep hole. I didnt see anything. So i looked out the window, it was him. Trying to open the front door with his paws. LoL. Silly kittie kats.

LOL, mine (I have two cats )they open door as well , it is soo cute . the other night i was up sick all night and one of the cats would not let me out of his sight where ever I went he went he just sat next to me .. Cats are sooooo smart .

I'm working from home today and have had 1 cat sitting in my lap, another sleeping on the computer desk behind my laptop, and my dog sleeping at my feet under the desk.  We've got 6 cats and I love everyone of them with their unique
personalities and antics.

My cat will jump on my window screen to be let in!  I will be laying in bed and all of the sudden I have this huge cat hanging off the screen.  I have had to fix that screen so many times.  Also, one night he was left outside by mistake.  I am not sure how he did it but he managed to pull enough of the screen down and when I woke up he was happily sleeping on the bed! lol

Isn't it funny what some cats will put up with? lol  That is such a cute story about your son.  My cats have put up with so much from my stepson.  They are such amazing animals.

I love cat stories too.

I have 6 cats as well Bear.  Lately, well the last two cats have literally adopted us.  Out of nowhere they end up at our house and of course we can't turn them away.

we just started getting them for some reason..my wife wanted a Maine Coon, so we bought one...then another, then we just see ads for free kittens and go pick 'em out.  But..we're staying at 6 for now..at one time we were up to 8, 2 of which "disappeared" :-(

I love all the kitty stories.  We have two and a big yellow Lab.  They are tons of entertainment.  My hubby got a pic of me sleeping in the recliner after surgery on Tuesday and one was curled up around my feet and my other love-bug was laying on my chest, snoring away with all four paws stick up in the air...Totally showing her junk...****..lol.  They really do have a keen sence of when your not feeling well.  Amazing little creatures!

I wish I could post a picture of our golden retriever and one of the maine coon cats snuggled up together sleeping under my computer desk..it's on my cell phone and I wouldn't know how to post it..it gets a lot of "awww how cute" from everybody who sees it.

i can always hear a kitty story... one of mine has started getting into the back of the shower while me or my husband is in there.. then when we shut the water off she runs up to lick all the remaining dripping water... she is too funny... she 'nursed' my hair until she was 8 months old.. i would wake up with 'kittly spit'' all through that back of my hair yuck,, but so cute..

I have 4.. I think that is considered the cat lady...LOL

I love all your stories!  Thank you guys!  If you have anymore please keep them coming.  It is a nice distraction for me.
