and yet the same. What I mean is that so often we are offended by something someone says or we become quiet for fearFears and phobias of reprisal when we have opinions or feelings. But, don't we all feel that way at times. I think we are so much more alike than not. Today think of people on here or in your life that you haven't been sure about or whether you even want to know them or become friends with them. We're all trying to get by the best we can and we are trying to make sense of our lives and our addictionsDrug abuse and dependence and why we became addicted to begin with and why we wanted to hide from the world!
For today, try to get to know just one person you didn't know yesterday! We all make a difference! I know many of you have made a huge difference in my life and I will be forever thankful. Not just those that I've become friends with but many who probably have no idea how much I hold them in the highest esteem. I'm thankful for those who are willing to share their thoughts whether I agree or not - I learn so much from everyone!
