What inspiration can do!

I would like to thank subpop200 for his motivational story i have had one solid month of detoxing and paradoxical reactions to clonidin leaving me with no options, i am 44 with advanced HIV had surgery one month ago  to fix a clot in my leg and being terrorized by H1N1 deaths. so last night i lost it i could not take another day of RLS pounding heart rates, high blood pressure and skin so raw i cannot even use the bathtub so at 6 AM of another sleepless night in a month of sleepless nights i read subpop200 story and did 20 minutes on my mountain bike!!! i am proud of my self and i hope he and i will motivate others to heal through exercise and to sit on that little bike seat after a month of the runs really hurts but i feel great for doing it!!!
