Who will help a gambler?

I have a problem gambling. This has been going on for years, mainly fruit machines sometimes the horses. At the moment it is costing me about £200 per week. I am not getting the buzz anymore though it is a habit. I go for a drink and end up playing on my own in a corner. Ignoring those around me including friends who try to help, in fact it makes me worse when soneone tries to drag me away.

Dude, I feel bad that no one responded to your post earlier.....I don't have any experience with gambling and had hoped that someone here might.  I had looked on this site to see if I could find a forum for gambling, and I didn't see one.  You may find some help on another site strictly devoted to gambling though.  The other option I thought of was going to the obsessive-compulsive forum that's on this site.  Gambling can be both, so maybe someone there can help you.
