Why Can't We Edit Our Own Posts?

I try really hard to make sure everything is correct before I hit the post button.  But sometimes I miss stuff.  I misspell something, or the darned auto correct puts the wrong word in.  Or sometimes I just want to change or clarify something I said.  It would be so nice to be able to change or edit my own posts, status, notes, etc , without having to make a new entry.  I can understand obviously not having the ability to edit someone else's posts, but why can't I edit my own? I don't even mind if it shows that the post had been edited by me.  Anyone else feel this way?

Also, it would be wonderful if I could post pictures from my IPad, or IPhone.  I don't use a PC at all anymore, and I would love to be able to share pictures on my page.

Lol I am the typo queen! But listen, while we are stupid in our addiction we seem I always get the gist of a post so let it go. We don't care how you spell it or say it, your message is loud and clear girly!

i agree so much and used to post again to correct myself, now pretty much don't bother because i figure people will figure it out, rather than posting too much.  it is frustrating

Thanks Vicki... That's so funny.  I make so many mistakes already, and auto correct only adds to my utter incompetence.

Thanks for the info on the Med Help suggestions, I didn't realize there was such a thing.  I should have checked before I posted this.  I have sent an email with my thoughts.  I will try in the future to do things the proper way.

I know! It's like "Do not make a mistake. Be perfect the first time. If you screw it up, you must live with the mistake forever!!" hahahahahaha. But now, with auto correct, there are millions of crazy words and phrases! Ya feel me Homey?

One night, I was signing off with Jade and I wrote " I'm getting into bed now, Goodnight!" and what she got was " I'm getting into Ed now, goodnight!" LMAO

Here's just one little example:  I was trying to say "take care, honey" and I accidentally typed (take care, homey).  LOL, how embarrassing...
