You're probably building a tolerance to the drug. One thing about opiates is they aren't a steady drug. You're body builds up a resistance and always craves more to make it work. You're experiencing low level withdrawal symptoms and it seems to be on a schedule that matches most addicts tolerance changes.
Of course, it could be something else, you could get checked out. But don't be surprised if it's this.

I used to get the same way. I was taking oxycodone, 15 mg. and like 10 a day, for 4 years. There were some days i would wake up and have pains in the tummy, and for weak. I know alot of it was constipation. When we take alot of pills that happens, and i would go literally months without going to the bathroom. So i know alot of my pains were from that, but i also, would feel other pains from time to time, and tired, low energy, and kinda overall the way you are feeling now. You are not taking as many as i did, so i am not sure if it is the same or not.

It could be what Savas said too. Our bodies do build up a resistance and always craves more to make it work. So maybe this is your body telling you that it wants more. You could be having small w/d's from that, which will make you feel sick.

Maybe take this time to start a taper from the pills before it gets worse for you. Sounds like it would be a good time to start. Try cutting down to just one a day for like a week, and the following week cut it down to a half a pill for a week, and go from there. I dont think the w/d's will be that bad if you can do this.

Let me know how it works out for you, I wish you all the best!

Hope
