can you look at all your post at once in order ?

You mean all the posts you made yourself?  I am not sure - I do not think so.  That would be a great feature though.

Not yet, but one thing you can do is "watch" your own posts. In the right hand corner of the post you'll see the link "Watch this discussion". Click that for each post you want to watch. Then click on "My MedHelp" at the very top right hand corner and you'll see your watch list. You'll also get an email if someone comments on it.
