I was wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me with subs  I have been off opiates for 7 months and have been tryin to kick the suboxone and its like day one all over again WTF I can deal with feelin like **** but when I try to sleep both of lower legs cramp up and im rollin around all night  I smoke herb and it helps but still cant sleep  I dont want to take benzos but not sleepin for 2 days and workin construction kicks ur ***  Would like to know if anyone is as lost as i am no regrets and one day at a time

26 days for me......with little to no sleep.  Never took sub, but that's how long it took for me to sleep "normal"  still use tylenol pm and melatonin to sleep.  Maybe try those

You should post this question on the other forum. It will get better, trust me..I know its hard right now, but you have been on sub for a long time and since built a new addiction. I don't know why drs keep people on it that long...but anyway, just give it time and it will pass..trust me...

I couldn't sleep for the first few days off ofd the Sub but it got better remarkably quickly.  NO CAFFIENE!!!  Don't do it.  Makes it crazy worse.  I dropped off at 1 mg...which is not recommended...and with no benzos!  You can do it!
