how can i treat the withdrawal symptoms of heroin at home by myself .... i dont want anybody to know that ive been doing this drug ... so please help me ... thank u very much...

Your best bet is to take a week off from everything,get the stuff from the Thomas Recipe, and try to stick it out. You won't feel great, but it's better than "cold turkey".
