ADDICTION: SOCIAL COMMUNITY
hopeless

hopeless

Death is a part of life. Sometimes we refuse to accept it because the person who passed on is near and dear to us. We hear about it, read about it and until it touches us in some way, we tend to shrug our shoulders when it happens to someone we don't know. It is a type of pain that is beyond drugs. It is a type of pain that leaves us worn out and helpless. How we cope with, it in spite of the heartache it causes, tells us how strong we are. This is a point where we can fall backwards or move ahead. This depends on whether or not we are able to draw strength from the experience and carry on. Death should not be used as an excuse to falter. It should be, out of respect to those who have passed on, the catalyst to improve. If you loved that person in life, love that person enough in death to complete the journey. Forget the weak words "I can't" and change them to two very powerful words "I CAN."
