I have heard that the Valerian Root works well and is natural. Or possibly some tylenol pm?

Hate to say it , but sleeping will become a distant memory for a while, if your like me.  I didn't sleep for a month.  I tried those things and they did not work for me, maybe gave me an an hour or two if I was lucky.  I've heard OTC Dramamine, but I never tried that.  Day three is awesome.  Try to hang in there.  I wish you the best.

Have you tried Benadryl?  Makes me very sleepy and I can at least get a few hours sleep.  Day 3 is the hardest for me - I hope by now, you are doing a little better.
