Due to waking continually at stupidly early times, last night I forced myself to stay awake by googling, etc,  people that died young from drugs (scary), and reading their stories.   So many took prescribed drugs the same as me and others on here, many took over the counter drugs, most just took too many of both, once too often.  It really sobered me up, and I have been sober for a week.  Corey Haim especially, whom I'd never heard of, and I watched the two Coreys which I'd never heard of either, and you could hear and see the prescription drug problem first hand, right up until he died from too many of the drugs that he insisted he wasn't hurting anyone, but just needed them to balance him out.  Such a waste, I don't want to follow that road anymore.

Congrats on 1 week clean!!!  We dont ever think it can happen to us but it does.  I am so grateful to have been given another chance at life......sara
