Concidentally someone else was asking this exact question with the same pill combination (the green/yellow capsule along with an unmarked yellow pill) about a year ago...
Quote follows as to the answer about the unmarked pill:
---------------------
"There is really no way to identify an unmarked tablet. But, since your capsule is tramadol made in Mexico, it's possible the small yellow tablet is cyclobenzaprine made in Mexico.
Both of these meds are sold over the counter in all the Mexican tourist areas.
Veldrol (50 mg.) aka Ultram Bencoprim (10 mg.) aka Cyclobenzaprine aka Flexeril Manufactured in Mexico OTC at Cancun airport pharmacy.
Veldrol and Bencoprim
Bencoprim is 10 mg cyclobenzaprine, a muscle relaxant. The tablet is bright yellow, unscored, biconvex and has no markings. It's 6 mm in diameter and has a white interior. I looked at the tablet closely with a magnifying glass this morning, and the yellow coating does resemble an egg shell.
Since you think your yellow tablet is a muscle relaxant, it's possible that it's Bencoprim. I'm sure there are other brands of cyclobenzaprine sold in Mexico, but Bencoprim is the only brand I saw in all the stores I've visited. Same with Collins tramadol and carisoprodol. It's possible these brands are the only ones that are packaged in large containers, which would appeal to tourists."
Just for future reference/searches.
If this is what the capsule looks like:

Collins is a foreign pharmaceutical company in Mexico. They use the same green/yellow capsules for multiple medications they produce, so it's really just a guess what's inside the capsules as they don't mark medications like in the US.
The two known medications they use that capsule with are 'Flocet' (fluoxetine) and 'Veldrol' (tramadol). So more than likely it would either be an antidepressant or a pain killer, but it's impossible to say with certainty. And who knows if they are producing any other medications using that same capsule... a pharmacist may have more current information though.
the only thing i've seen that is a small capsule that is green and yellow is prozac? but, that was a long, long, time ago......I would take it to a pharmacy..........
Nauty............
I THINK it could be a steroid...I'd have to research it more to be sure though...
I did, but wasn't sure if it was acceptable to post it here. I sent the answer via e mail.
i couldn't find anything....sorry i tried! best of luck and i agree w/savas on the pharmacy thing!
I'd suggest taking the pills to a pharmacy. That's what I always do with found pills I need to identify. they should be able to tell you right off.
i am looking as well.... we really are supposed to advise you to google it..... but you may want to post this on the substance abuse side where there is more action this is the social side and fewer people are reading....but i am researching it also to see if i can help you!
can someone PLEASE help me find out about my earlier post??????????
tried that...can't find any info...
you may want to google it....or there is some pill identifier website....type into google and you should find out what it is.....sorry that's all the answer i have!
